Export

Export from Gujarat's ports, with the paperwork right.

We ship dried, cleaned and processed lots from Mundra, Kandla and Pipavav, and air cargo through Ahmedabad. Every quote starts with your market's rules, so the lot that leaves India is the lot your customs will accept.

Six steps, agreedbefore anything moves.

  1. Specify

  2. Sample & approve

We courier a sample with its test results; the approved sample becomes the standard for your lot.

  3. Quote & contract

FOB or CIF price in USD, shipment date and payment terms, agreed in a proforma invoice.

  4. Pay

Advance payment, or a letter of credit (LC) from your bank for larger orders.

  5. Process, test & pack

Lot processed at the partner unit, tested at an NABL-accredited lab, packed and marked for export.

  6. Ship & document

Loaded at a Gujarat port or Ahmedabad air cargo; documents sent to you or your bank.

Market rules

We check yourmarket first.

Rules and duties change. We confirm the current ones for your country and product before quoting.

European Union & UK
Strict pesticide limits and ethylene-oxide testing on spices; we test every lot to the current limits before loading. Fresh curry leaves from India are banned in the EU.
USA
Your importer's FDA food-facility registration and prior notice for every food shipment. Kesar mango needs irradiation at an approved facility. Fresh curry leaves are restricted.
Gulf countries
Your importer registers each product locally and labels need Arabic. We supply to your importer of record and prepare bilingual labels for private-label packs.
Southeast Asia
Aflatoxin certificates for groundnut; some markets, such as Indonesia, accept groundnut only from registered exporters.
Canada & Australia
Indian grocery distributors are the usual buyers; both markets apply their own residue limits and labelling rules, which we confirm per product before quoting.
