Questionsbuyers ask.
Short, straight answers. If yours isn't here, send it on WhatsApp or email and we'll reply within one working day.
Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
A sourcing and supply company. We don't run a factory: we buy from growers and specialist processing units in Gujarat — cleaning, colour-sorting, hulling, dehydration and milling partners — and we take responsibility for each lot from purchase to delivery: specification, testing, packing and paperwork. That keeps our overheads low and lets us use the best unit for each product.
What is your minimum order?
It depends on the product and whether it ships by road within India or as an export consignment. Fresh curry leaves start at 5 kg. Other products are sold by the bag (usually 25 or 50 kg) within India, and by pallet or container for export; trial export orders can go as a shared container (LCL). Private-label retail packs are quoted per batch. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. We send a sample before a first order so you can check colour, size, aroma and test results against your standard. The approved sample becomes the reference for your lot. We confirm the sample cost and courier when you ask.
How are your prices set?
Each product has a daily market rate at Gujarat's trading centres — Unjha for cumin, fennel and psyllium, Gondal and Rajkot for coriander, chilli and groundnut, Mahuva for dehydrated onion. Our quote is that rate plus cleaning, grading, testing, packing and freight, shown line by line. Within India we quote per kg or per quintal, ex-Rajkot or delivered; for export we quote FOB or CIF in US dollars. Because market rates move daily, each quote states how long it is valid.
Do you provide lab test reports?
Yes. Export lots ship with a certificate of analysis (COA) from an NABL-accredited laboratory covering what your market requires — purity, moisture, pesticide residues, ethylene oxide, aflatoxin, heavy metals or microbiology. Within India, reports are available on request. The cost of testing is shown in the quote.
What are your lead times?
Within India, products in cleaned stock usually dispatch in 3 to 10 days; new-crop lots and custom grades depend on the season. Export lots typically take 2 to 4 weeks from confirmed order and advance to loading, plus sea or air transit. We give a dispatch date with every quote.
What payment terms do you work with?
Within India: advance or part-advance for a first order, by bank transfer or UPI, against a GST invoice; terms for regular buyers by agreement. For export: advance payment, or a letter of credit (LC) for larger orders.
How do you deliver within India?
By road transport from Rajkot to your city, with a GST invoice, e-way bill and the transporter's receipt (LR). Small parcels can go by courier.
Which ports do you export from?
Mundra, Kandla and Pipavav in Gujarat, and air cargo through Ahmedabad. We quote FOB or CIF, and can send trial orders as shared-container (LCL) loads.
Which registrations and certifications do you hold?
Our own registrations appear in the footer as they are issued: GST, FSSAI, Udyam (MSME), the Import Export Code, Spices Board CRES and APEDA RCMC. The partner units that process our products hold their own FSSAI licences and, where relevant, ISO or HACCP certification, which we share for your due diligence. We never claim a certification we do not hold.
Can you pack under our brand?
Yes. Tell us your pack sizes, label artwork and quantities, and we'll confirm what our packing partners can do — following FSSAI and Legal Metrology labelling rules within India, or your market's rules for export. See the private label page for how it works.
What happens if a lot doesn't match the sample?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos and the lot number printed on the pack. We check the retained sample and the lot's report, and agree a replacement, credit or return. The full terms are on the terms of trade page.
Can you export fresh curry leaves?
Not to the EU or the USA. Fresh curry leaves from India are banned in the EU and restricted in the USA because the plant can carry citrus greening disease. Dried curry leaves and curry-leaf powder can be exported.
Do you sell organic products?
Only when a lot carries valid organic certification — NPOP for India, and the equivalent certification your market requires. We never label a product organic without it.
Which HS code should I use?
Each product page lists the commonly used ITC(HS) codes, India's 8-digit extension of the international HS code. Always confirm the exact code for your consignment with your customs broker, as classification can depend on form and processing.
Are the photos on this site your own lots?
No. The images on this site are illustrations of each product type, not photographs of a specific lot. Before you confirm an order we send a sample and photographs of the actual lot, and the certificate of analysis describes it in numbers.
Where are you based?
In Rajkot, Gujarat — close to the Saurashtra grower belts and within reach of Unjha, Mahuva and Gujarat's ports. We work in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
